How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders for medical supplies ship FedEx or UPS ground within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Some medical equipment products take between 3-5 days to ship. Please contact us for exact lead times.

Will you send me a tracking number?

Yes, for all FedEx and UPS shipments a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout. Once you receive the email, simply click on the link that says “track my order”. This will take you to a page where you can track the progress of your order.

Where are your products shipped from?

All of our products are shipped from warehouses located in the United States. We currently use 6 different distribution centers. The warehouse that is closest to your ship to location is usually where the products is shipped from. This makes is possible for us to get most orders to customers is less than 2 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accepts all major credit cards and checks. For check orders, simply choose pay by check during checkout. Once the check order is completed, further instructions will be provided.

Do you accept and bill insurance including Medicare and Medicaid?

Unfortunately we do not accept insurance at this time. However, we would be happy to provide you with a form that you can give your insurance company so that you can get reimbursed.

Do I need to setup an account to place my order?

Setting up an account is a good idea but you are not required to do so. Setting up an account makes it easy to look up your order history and place reorders.

What if I need to return my order?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return the item, just sent us an email and we would be happy to setup a return.
