30 day Return Policy

If we send you a damaged product or the wrong product is shipped by mistake, we will issue you a full refund after the product is returned to us. We will pay for return shipping. You will receive an email from us with a pre-paid return shipping label.

If you return a product for any other reason, shipping pre-paid within 30 days, we will be happy to give you a refund for the full amount of the order, excluding our shipping costs (the charge we incur to ship the order) as posted on www.ups.com, retail location, and a 4% processing fee. These charges may be waived if you re-order immediately after the return. We cannot issue a credit on products that arrive back at our warehouse damaged, unusable and cannot be re-stocked. 

After 30 Days

It will be solely upon our discretion whether we will take back merchandise after 30 days. If we agree to take the merchandise back, a 10% re-stocking charge will be deducted from your refund, which will be in the form of a store credit. 

Address Correction

Please be very careful in entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us by the Carrier because it could not be delivered, due to a faulty address, you understand the charge to us from the Carrier will not be refunded. Once the merchandise leaves our warehouse we cannot correct the address. However, an address correction can be requested by you which we will forward to the Carrier. In cases where address correction is successful, you agree to pay whatever Carrier charges we incur for the correction. We will only charge the exact amount that was charged to us.

Important Note/Refunds

If a shipment we send you is damaged by Carrier, we will immediately send you replacement, at no charge to you. When you return merchandise, Carrier will sometimes damage it. When this happens we cannot give you a refund on the damage merchandise. However, you may get re-imbursed for the cost of the merchandise by filing a damage claim with the Carrier. In accordance with Carrier rules, it is your responsibility to file the damage claim, but we will help you in any way we can. Refunds are processed as expeditiously as possible, however please be patient and allow 3-5 business days from the date the merchandise arrives at our warehouse.

Cancellations: 

If for some reason you decide you need to cancel your order due to an error or any other reason, you must follow the instructions which will be provided in the confirmation email after you place an order. Orders that have left our warehouse cannot be canceled, and delivery must be accepted.
